How to communicate and increase efficiency in your team
Get a grip on private situations which effect your work performance.
Since 2009 I have conversations with clients to help them achieve their goals. I think it is important that they feel comfortable and know that I really take the time for them. That I accept them unconditionally as they are. I do that in an exclusive trajectory in which I only accept a few people. This way my clients can count on my full attention and am I in principle always available.
Limited customers allowed (25) so I can give you my full attention to change you effectively.
We go for results. Face to face conversations with phonecall support.
During the entire trajectory you can approach me for questions and advice.
If you ask people to descibre me, you will hear te most divergent stories. The most will descibre me as a go-getter who rather tries then quits, someone who takes the time to listen to people. With a sharp eye for details and an ear that listens to what is being said (and what is not being said). A little bit provocative with humor.
That is my style.
But what most defines me, is the accessibilty. I am always open for a good conversation. And if it doesn’t suit, we make an appointment in a short term. This is why my first conversation with clients almost always starts at places where you wouldn’t expect them. Informal, out of the business setting, just a ‘’small talk’’.
Next to my busy schedule I also know when to enjoy: simple trips with family, driving my motorcycle or playing the guitar. I found this balance during my study and it works fine for me. Although I have to confess it still needs some focus to no disrupt that balance.
After finishing my study in 2009 I started my own business. And in the years after that I coached different people but I also had some leading roles. I have work with and learned from skillful managers who gave me a lot of their knowledge. I also talked with both starting and experienced entrepeneurs about their companies growth and how they achieved succes. These are people willing to risk all they have to create or expand a succesful business.
This is how my interest and affinity with leader- and entrepeneurship started and grew. Amongst issues in which I guide my clients are:
Sometimes you just can’t do it alone and then you need someone who watches with you and tells you the truth, understands your situation and guides you to change that.
And that is what I still do with great pleasure: guiding leaders, high potentials and entrepeneurs who have ambitons for growth but got stuck for whatever reason..
